Claiming Your Grant
How to make a claim
If you are ready to claim an installment of your grant as detailed in your Offer Letter, please contact your Monitoring Officer (details below) who will have written to you when you accepted the grant. Please note that we will only liaise directly with representatives from the company detailed on the Offer Letter.

Your Monitoring Officer will provide details of the information to be submitted with your claim form. As a guide this usually includes:
- A formal accountancy report in the format detailed at http://www.berr.gov.uk/whatwedo/regional/investment/iar/page30585.html
- Audited accounts for the project period and Managements Accounts to date if the audited accounts are more than 3 months old(balance sheet, profit & loss and cash flow)
- Invoices confirming large project expenditure
- List of employees (detailing full or part time) and National Insurance numbers / Payroll summary
When you have this information please download the appropriate claim form
We may visit you at your company site to discuss the performance of your project until either 5 years after the 1st installment of grant is paid, or 18 months after the final installment of grant is paid (whichever is longer).
